enable your top fans, and a human way to automate

3 Secrets

  1. Send a box of books to your top fans: Enable your biggest fans to spread the word about your book by asking them if they’d like some copies to share with friends, family, and colleagues. How would you feel if one of your favorite authors offered to send you a box of books to share? You’d feel pretty special! Enable your fans! (S/O to Chris Jordan who has been behind the scenes on launches by Dr. Benjamin Hardy, Lewis Howes, Daymond John of Shark Tank, and many more for this tip)
  2. Stop the scroll: A concern I voiced to Chris Jordan was that I was following all the advice out there to post regularly on LinkedIn but with no results to show for it. He went through my content with me and phrased my failure in a way that gives me a great standard to work with moving forward. Have you stopped the scroll? If you were scrolling on your LinkedIn and saw something similar to what you’re about to post, would you stop scrolling to pay attention? After scrolling through my LinkedIn, I realized my own answer was no. What is your hook that’s actually going to get someone to stop scrolling? If you wouldn’t stop, why would you expect others to? He also reminded me that people don’t engage as much on LinkedIn because you’re dealing with busy professionals BUT they are still paying attention.
  3. AI content with a human touch: One way to hack your written social media content is to simply upload a transcript of any interviews or videos you’ve recorded and ask chatGPT to “write a viral post from this transcript”. See what it comes up with. Next level to automate your content would be to have a VA do this for you from all interviews you are a guest or host in.
