How To Lose Weight for the Last Time | Katrina Ubell, MD | Before the Bestseller 74

Dr. Katrina Ubell is a Master Certified Life and Weight Loss Coach who struggled with her own weight for decades before finding a permanent solution. In 2016, she founded the Weight Loss for Busy Physicians which offers a weight loss program that has helped over a thousand busy physicians. She is a graduate of John Hopkins University, and the University of Michigan and lives in Wisconsin with 3 children, her husband, and a West Highland Terrier.

In this episode, Dr. Ubell talks about her struggles and journey for personal health and weight loss while also seeking a career as a doctor. She discovered that the way we think including emotional components produces our desire or urge for food which results in our weight gain and loss, which transformed everything for her and helped her lose and maintain her ideal weight. She now uses her brain-based and science-backed method to help busy physicians and non-medical professionals lose weight for the last time.
